I haven't been here in a while. I came back a few weeks ago. I noticed the washers do not spin the clothes well. I put extra time on for extra rinse thinking the clothes would not be so wet but it doesn't help. I never overload them,if anything I waste money by using a bigger machine for a load. I clean the dryer vents myself as it's not a big deal. I just wish the clothes would come out of the washer a bit better and not so wet after the spin cycle.
I’ve been coming here for a few years, but unfortunately it’s time for me to move on. The machines haven’t been cleaning well, and the dryer filters don’t appear to be cleaned regularly. The facility itself is often dirty, with dryer sheets and debris on the floors. I also recently noticed that the prices have gone up. If the facility were better maintained, I could understand the increase—but the upkeep simply hasn’t improved. Additionally, there’s no heat during the winter, which makes it uncomfortable to stay inside and forces customers to wait in their cars. I hope these issues can be addressed for future customers.
pretty expensive and 5 dollars for a new card is crazy. Dryers do not work at all , put 40 mins and it comes up warm at best. Not coming back .
